- Built an internal ERP for the family manufacturing business: proforma invoicing, customer ledgers with per-party outstanding balances, and an order lifecycle where hold and cancel reverse the matching ledger entry. Python back end, React and TypeScript front end.
- Design and build marketing sites and landing pages for small businesses.
- Lead marketing, website, and the full online presence for Padma Lights — a 200+ model cast-aluminium lighting catalogue, trade pricing, region-aware GST, a Google Merchant Center feed, and international orders in 8 currencies.
- Live hire portfolios for Shweta Tiwari, Antriksh Upadhyay, and Anamika Rajput. Clickable demos (JAI Home Care, Ace Factor, and others) are labelled as demos on the work page.
- Other builds: a location browser with a MapLibre map of India and live weather (Daftar), a themeable React and TypeScript storefront template (BKC), and a civic reporting progressive web app (THOOK).
- Ship behind Playwright end-to-end test suites and service-worker caching, so a change is verified before it is live.
- Claude and Cursor for layout and iteration; I review code, copy, mobile behaviour, and the launch checklist.
- Scope, price, and timeline agreed in writing; support after go-live.
